Ordering Information

Directions for Ordering:

1.) Select your choice(s) of pottery

2.) Select your pattern(s)

3.) State your choice of accent colors and any additional instructions.

Accent Colors Include: Purple, Navy, Burgundy, Twine, Red and Green. Below you can see a solid sample of the color next to our sponged accent sample. You can also choose to have no accent color and just specify "None."

4.) Include your phone number and/or e-Mail address to contact you regarding any anticipated questions on your order. Because our pottery allows for so many choices, we prefer to talk to our customers through email or phone to insure we understand exactly how you want your customized pieces made.

Payment: Personal Checks must be received and cleared prior to shipping. We also accept Visa and Mastercard.

Shipping Rates: Our goal is to keep our pottery shipping and handling rates reasonable for our customers, so when figuring your total, we use UPS ground service, using the chart below as your guide.

Delivery Time: We estimate 2-4 weeks for items to be shipped, barring any unforeseen circumstances with the production of your order. Please be sure to include accurate contact information so that we may notify you regarding potential delays with your order.

Damage Claims: All claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please keep all packing material and damaged product for the carrier's inspection and pick-up.

NOTICE

Due to the stressed  economy,  we are experiencing some significant delays in the reprinting of a few patterns.  If this affects you order we will notify you.

Process

When we receive your order, the first step is to pour clay into a mold to acquire the green ware.  After a two day drying process it is hand cleaned to smooth all seam lines.  Next the accent color  and hand painting , such as our star patterns is done, then the piece goes into the kiln for the first firing. 

Each firing is at least a 24 hour process due to firing and cooling time.  Then the pieces are glazed and fired again.  The third firing is done to those pieces that have had china paint applied through the use of a decal.  

Our pottery is food safe and can be put into the dishwasher.  Replacement parts, such as lids or seals, can be ordered should something become chipped or broken.
